
LH Access Technology can provide technical support for road rail vehicles. This support plan can be given through a dedicated landline number. These calls will be automatically forwarded to the service engineers on call. If the fault cannot be resolved over the phone on engineer will attend.
Our technical support is managed in the form of a two-tier support system. This means in addition to the main engineers on call, there are electronics and hydraulics experts available on the phone to talk through specialised faults with either our service engineers or your operators.
These engineers will be fully qualified in the operation and systems of the vehicle.
LH Access Technology’s main factory and service depot is based at Barton under Needwood in the Midlands, at which we have several service engineers based.
