LH Access Technology has been awarded a contract by Network Rail for the conversion of 6 ex-West Coast Route Modernisation 17.5 tonne road/rail vehicles.

3 of the vehicles will be converted into drain vacuum/jetting units which offer the ability to vacuum and jet, as well as allowing for an increase in operational performance above current vehicles.

The other 3 will be converted to crane and man basket/MEWP vehicles that can offer the ability for lifting loads and also have the ability to be fitted with a dedicated man basket to allow staff to conduct OHL work.
